You are not paying for ChatGPT access - you're paying for our optimized nutrition analysis service with intelligent caching, structured USDA data with real FDC IDs, and integrated database processing.

We may also share data if required by law or to prevent abuse or fraud.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We may retain some usage logs for security, compliance, and billing records even after account deletion.
